Our Eligibility Notifications (Released Earlier this Year) are Providing Real Value to Clients

As we announced this summer, FRT developed a new tool to proactively deliver class action eligibility notification (you can check-out our blog here). With almost six months in the market, our clients are benefiting from the new tool. Just like everything else FRT provides to clients— the Eligibility Notifications help make clients’ day-to-day more streamlined, intuitive, and easier!

| Clients have to pay attention to Notice Forms mailed by the Court to know which cases impact them—some never even make it to the client! | Clients are proactively emailed an Eligibility Notification as soon as FRT identifies their eligibility to participate in a case. |
| Clients have to sift through legal language within the Notice to get the specifics of the case | Eligibility Notifications outline the high-level case details right within the text of the alert and provide links to the litigation’s Master Case Summary page in the FRT Client Portal where comprehensive information can be referenced. |
| Clients cannot tell how much exposure they have in a given case at the time they are made aware of it. | Eligibility Notifications also highlight how many client accounts are eligible to participate in the class and provides links to the FRT Client Portal where the they can review the details of those accounts and their corresponding loss calculations. |

Eligibility Notifications are just the first step as FRT will be building out an entire suite of class action notifications, based around major events like claim filing, settlement recovery, and other important points throughout the class action life-cycle.
