- All client data is stored on secure servers co-located at a well-known data center offsite, which is SSAE 18 Type II certified.
- All transaction databases and proprietary applications are housed on secure servers which are segregated from our corporate IT infrastructure and are only accessible via an encrypted private network which requires multi-factor authentication.
- We follow all security and privacy regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including GDPR and the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
- All FRT personnel follow a stringent and extensive set of data security policies and procedures designed to exceed today’s industry standards.

Litigation ESG
In 2022, we launched Litigation ESG (LESG™), our proprietary grading system that produces an LESG score for the core case allegations from an Environmental, Social and Governance perspective.
