Financial Recovery Technologies Acquires Investor Responsibility Support Services, Inc.

Financial Recovery Technologies (FRT) today announced the acquisition of Investor Responsibility Support Services (IRSS), a leading competitor in the claims monitoring industry. Upon closing, all of IRSS’ clients and partners will have immediate access to FRT’s state of the art class action claims monitoring and filing platform, while FRT and its clients will benefit from IRSS’ technology and existing product offering.
