With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kim has been a key contributor to FRT since joining the firm in 2012. As Head of Business Development, she leads new business development for the trust and custody sector and has extensive experience in transfer agent operations and fintech services. Prior to FRT, Kim held various business development roles at Thomson, CCBN and John Hancock Mutual Funds.
As Head of Global Partnerships and Channel Alliances Rob is responsible for the development and execution of global partnerships, product marketing and commercial strategy. He has an extensive background in helping businesses and customers derive value from data, analytics and technology, providing insights and unleashing creative solutions to complex challenges for Financial Services, Corporate and Government Agencies. He has been with FRT since 2020 and before that has worked for Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Thomson Reuters.
As Chief Operating Officer for Financial Recovery Technologies, Bill Kidder is responsible for global operations, client success, and product management. He joined FRT in 2020 from Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where he was most recently the executive in charge of global project delivery for Investor Services. While at BBH, Bill also was responsible for globally distributed teams for client technology management, redesigning global business integration for new business, building a project management office, and driving strategic investment plans for Service Delivery functions worldwide. Bill graduated magna cum laude from Boston University and earned his MBA from Boston College.
