Mike Lange is FRT’s Senior Vice President of Worldwide Litigation. As a licensed attorney since 1991, Mike has intimate working knowledge of securities litigation and a deep network of relationships globally with lawyers, case organizers, and other parties directly involved in the class action space. He’s actively involved across the business and frequently engages with our clients and their peers.
Colin is Counsel within FRT’s Legal Team and joined the company in 2021, having practiced as a litigator for over a decade in New York and Massachusetts representing institutional investors in complex commercial and securities class action litigation. Colin advises clients on global litigation opportunities and the risks and opportunities of participation, assists in registrations, and helps construct comprehensive shareholder litigation programs and policies.
As Chief Executive Officer of FRT, Rob oversees an industry-leading team whose mission is to make heroes of the middle office professionals at our clients. Rob is an experienced, hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a track record of success for over twenty years. Previously, Rob co-founded CCBN and served as its President from the company’s inception in 1997 until its sale to Thomson Financial in 2004.
