  • For US Antitrust settlements, there’s more than $4B to be distributed to investors, what’s the next ‘antitrust wave’ coming?
  • In the first half of the year, more than 25 non-US recovery efforts were filed in 6 countries. Learn why our experts are bullish on Australia and the UK.
  • Last year, 13 SEC Fair Fund cases resolved. This year, there have only been 3 to date, involving significantly smaller compensation amounts. What should investors know about these and other non-standard matters?
