As a member of our Claims Management team, you will use your well-honed organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and phenomenal communication skills to ensure our clients receive every dollar to which they are entitled following a class action settlement.
As a Senior Analyst on our Claims Management team at FRT, you will ensure that our eligible clients’ class action claims are in good standing, maximize potential recoveries, and maintain high levels of quality and timeliness.

- Cure deficiencies with filed claims and satisfy documentation audits
- Monitor and ensure compliance with claims administrator deadlines
- Work with clients and claims administrators to document and address ongoing challenges with filing requirements
- Serve as liaison between our clients and claims administrators, ensuring that our internal teams and clients are fully informed regarding pending claims and recoveries
Ensure that we respond quickly to evolving requirements and maintain high levels of quality and timeliness
- Keep pace with new requirements across all types of settlements, including class action securities settlements and SEC Fair Funds
- Diagnose challenges and propose process and tool enhancements
- Propose efficiency and quality improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic projects
- Foster improved relations with claims administrators

This is a senior role that requires attention to detail, strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a detailed understanding of the claims filing process. Experience in financial services, advanced Excel, and SQL+ are strongly desired.*
