As a Project Manager, Data Operations, you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing data to support business operations.
As a Project Manager, Data Operations, at FRT, you will:
- Collect, process, and ensure the quality of data.
- Oversee data operations projects (Data Remediation & Data Escalation Management) to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the link between data analytics and project execution, combining analytical skills with project management expertise to optimize data processes.
- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and quality across our data operations.
- Create and monitor KPIs related to data accuracy and timeliness
- Identify issues, analyze data and develop solutions.
- Develop and implement operational best practices.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders about the status of data provider initiatives.
Additionally, you will oversee the Data Providers Program, which includes:
- Maintaining and managing relationships with partners post-live to ensure ongoing collaboration and support.
- Identifying and prioritizing key targets from a data perspective to enhance data connectivity and quality.
- Maintaining the preferred model for data providers, ensuring it meets organizational standards and requirements.
- Creating and managing content for the data provider wiki page, ensuring it is up-to-date and informative.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Solid experience in financial services, including:
- Understanding of trading instruments.
- Familiarity with concept of financial transactions and reconciliation
- Strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely completion.
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry-specific data standards and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Data Visualization and analysis software)

Compensation: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $100,000 – $130,000 a year (based in MA). FRT also offers an annual bonus.
