Marketing Manager – Lead Generation

The Role: FRT is seeking an energetic individual to join our marketing team to lead our demand generation and marketing funnel optimization. Using inbound marketing tactics such as landing page conversion testing, email marketing, you will be responsible for converting top-of-funnel into new leads for the business, and nurture to convert those leads into sales opportunities.

  • Create, manage and optimize email lead acquisition campaigns that drive traffic and high-quality leads to our sales teams
    • Ensure lead nurturing programs are built for all inbound and outbound marketing initiatives
    • Develop highly customized and strategic lead nurturing plans for all high revenue leads; implement and monitor through Sales CRM Effectively prioritize among and within multiple competing day-to-day needs and long-term projects
    • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting top-of-funnel (site traffic) through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
    • Measure key marketing metrics including Top-of-Funnel, MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities and understand
    • Leverage Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Lead Forensics and whatever else it takes to execute and track the success of programs
  • Oversee FRT’s events marketing programs
    • Manage all operational aspects of events, including venue selection, registration, vendor negotiation, onsite logistics, exhibitions, and staffing
    • Develop relationships with industry organizations to target asset managers and asset owners
    • Identify potential speaking opportunities
    • Optimize spend and performance based on event ROI, including lead tracking, surveys, post-event tracking, wrap reports, and recommendations for future events.
    • Manage event marketing calendar
  • Work with VP of Marketing to publish and share regular content (images, video, text) that builds meaningful connections. Listen, respond, ask questions and engage with FRT’s LinkedIn community
  • Coordinate with marketing team to keep branding, advertising, and promotional collateral refreshed. Assists with producing marketing communications including brochures, exhibition-related projects, emails and social posts

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Pardot marketing automation platform and blogging software (WordPress)
  • Salesforce and InDesign knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Self-directed and detail oriented, with analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills
  • Highly collaborative, prioritizing collaboration over credit, and interested in building strong relationships with peers across corporate functions
  • A planner, identifying and analyzing problems, proposing solutions, and anticipating future problem areas before initiating action
  • Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth
