HR Coordinator (Total Rewards)

As a HR Coordinator you will be part of an excellent HR Team and be a knowledge hub for all employee lifecycle matters, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and employee data management.

As a Human Resources Coordinator at FRT, you will:

  • Leverage your payroll and benefits knowledge and experience to serve as the point person for total rewards. You’ll own:
    • The HR side of payroll, ensuring our folks are correctly paid semi-monthly in Paylocity;
    • Benefit administration, including conducting new hire benefit orientations, enrolling new hires in benefits, and ensuring open enrollment runs smoothly.
    • Leave of absence management, including parental, disability, and the like.
    • Serve as the main contact for all HR general matters in every region of the globe!
  • Manage Human Resources Data
    • Maintain employee files
    • Maintain and update HR Sharepoint page with current/relevant information.
    • Gather documentation as needed in connection with business immigration, audits, client or prospect information gathering requests, and other programs
  • Partner with the rest of our HR team to keep the department running:
    • Participate in activities across the employee lifecycle, gaining additional accountabilities based on interest and need.
    • Provide feedback on the implementation of HR plans and processes to help the organization run smoothly.
    • Share best practices you have learned from your experience.

Our ideal candidate is:

  • A motivated people-person with a passion for HR – you may not be deep into your career, but you’re committed to bringing fresh ideas and an open mindset to everything you do
  • Experienced with 2-5 years in similar role(s)
  • Familiar with HRIS and payroll administration; experience with Paylocity would be a big plus
    • Knowledge regarding employment laws and multistate payroll laws is a big plus as well
  • Organized, self-directed, and detail oriented, with strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills;
  • Enthusiastic, courteous, adaptable, and flexible – your spirit is one of helpfulness and cooperation;
  • Able to meet a regular and constant stream of deadlines;
  • Intellectually curious, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous growth; and

Compensation: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $60,000 – $80,000 a year (based in MA). FRT also offers an annual bonus.
