FRT is pleased to announce Mark Rose as Director of Client Services. Mark’s appointment positions the company to ensure that clients continue to receive knowledgeable, timely support from our client service and account management teams.
Mark has over 20 years of customer service experience in the Financial Services industry supporting global clients at all levels of an organization. Prior to joining FRT, Mr. Rose was responsible for managing international support teams at Nasdaq OMX as their Director of Global Client Support. Leveraging Mr. Rose’s expertise, FRT plans to further its customer support capabilities to deliver best-in-class client service.
